Sinchon Recommendation!! Ox Rump Handmade Noodle~

For today, I would like to recommend a tasty handmade noodle restaurant at Sinchon~

It's a shop runs for many years, the noodle texture is really fantastic!

I used to order Ox bones soup with handmade noodle, as we are all hungry so we ordered 보쌈streaky pork with lettuce wrapped-up set menu~
No matter what you have ordered, they will first give you a small bowl of vegetable bibimbap as appetizer. 

So that you can have the appetizer while waiting the meal~

Usually they will place on your meal within 10 minutes...without words, 보쌈 side dishes is ready~

Then the streaky pork is on dish as well 

When you eat 보쌈 at other restaurant, they usually use lettuce but at this shop they use cabbage which is more tasty~

Streaky pork is made perfectly by steaming with Chinese leek slice~

At first I was so worry about if there will be stinky smell of the steam pork but totally not!! The pork is perfectly well done and for the fat meat part is tasty too!

Take a piece of cabbage, and put all those you want to eat on top, then roll it and eat at one bite! The pork is well mix with the kimchi, can't stop eating!! 

Then it came up the Ox bone soup with handmade noodle, the ingredients are onions; scallion; potato and beef slice~ Although the ingredients are very simple, how many hours they need to boil this Ox bones to made this snowy delicious soup!! 

I cannot stop having the noodle every time, the noodle texture is chewy which is yummy to have it with the rich taste of Ox bone soup, whenever you feel bored with the noodle, can have some kimchi or spicy radish together, it will made you feel like you would like to eat more^^

It is always my first choice whenever I don't want to have rice during lunch time~

The restaurant is usually full, fortunately we had seats that day as we went a bit earlier before lunch hour~~

This is the menu of the shop, price for noodle is not cheap but because of the handmade noodle, I think it is reasonable~~

And I found that they stick out a lot pictures from SBS program which is introducing their shop!! Come try it out next time when you don' know what to eat ~~
