[Hongdae Bakery Recommendation] Kyo Bakery~

Would like to try once of the Kyo Bakery.

Can see a lot of high class bread in the middle of the shop.

There are several kind of bakery for trial~

The display makes them look even more high class^^

  Wheatgrass Melon Bread

Lol~ it's my first time to know Wheatgrass ㅡ.ㅡ;;

Melon bread with wheatgrass, feels like upgraded!!

Wheatgrass add up with green tea mixed with rich custard cream in between tastes plentiful although a little bit expensive....2100 won for one....

They will attach a little card introducing how to keep your bread fresh~~

I bought the Wheatgrass Melon Bread this time from Kyo Bakery~

Even though the size is small, you will feel the quantity of ingredient inside when you pick it up.

Cut into half, wheatgrass custard cream is full inside!

Wheatgrass custard sauce smells like green tea with vanilla 

Take one bite, the bread is crispy and warm...

You can feel there's light green tea flavor in your mouth afterwards~

Actually it's like green tea but not exactly green tea....

Um...maybe70%? Anyway it's a bit different which I don't know how to explain what's it...

Anyway, it's a soft and smooth with unique taste, quite a special one!
